ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order either COD or PREPAID, make sure that you will cancel it prior shipping has done. You can raise the order cancellation request within 24 hours of order purchased. To cancel your order, mail to our customer support team on Info@amazeshoppee.com or call us on 9870848222 (Monday to Saturday, 11AM to 6PM ).
REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Replacement of a Product is allowed only under the following circumstances :
Wrong Item | Damaged Product | Incorrect Size | Incomplete Product
- Customer can replace product within 7 days from the date of delivery in case if product is damaged or one of any above condition. We will give you the following alternatives.
- Replacement can be made only, if customer proves that product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of received product.
- In case you received damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website expert support team. We will entertain the customer within 24 hours of the complaint received from customers.
- In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
- After the pickup of the product package, we will replace it with fresh order & box to the customer within 7 days.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the look or in case you may feel that the product received is not as similar to the picture shown on the website because you may look like this way due to the photographic effects.
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
RETURN POLICY:
If you want to be eligible for return and refund of products, need to meet following guidelines:
- If customer wants to return their product post receiving because they don't like it or if they have size issues, in that case customer have to place return request with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will arrange the shipment for pick up, in that case customers has to pay 20% of courier charges.
- If after you attempted to resolve issue with support staff & feel the product you purchased, do not the fit your requirements, we want to make things right for you with refund policies.
- Customers has to return the order within 7 days of date of delivery of the product .
- We would love to know what went wrong & how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your return request if you reach out to us directly.
- Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
- Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same, then return will be initiated.
- In case, of damaged or defective product customer has to prove that damage or defect is not implemented by themselves it at company end.
- Product must be returned in it's original condition, unaltered and unused.
- Reverse pick up is available only for damaged / defective items / incorrect items.

REFUND POLICY:
- Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days after confirming the product.
- Refund will be initiated via payment gateway.
- Depending on the situation, the processing charges might be deducted.

WARRANTIES:

The product comes with 6 Months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process.
- Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
- Cracks during the random displacement
- Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.
- With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
- As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not any warranty.
DELIVERY:
- Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address.
- Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
- Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and the consignee is not present or not answer the call or fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for delivery of any shipment. In this regard, on a commercially reasonable basis, our courier team agrees to make 2 attempts for delivery and after that your order will be cancelled.
